communications chief Manuel Arroyo insists Lionel Messi will not leave.
Messi has entered new contract talks with Barca in recent weeks.
Arroyo declared: "He's the best player in the world and has more records available. Currently there is no chance to leave. His intention and ours is for him to continue here until the end of his career.
"(President Josep) Bartomeu and the player's father have been meeting to talk about it."
