The Citizens are also keen on PSV’s Bakkali.
Shortly after Arsenal showed interest in PSV Eindhoven youngster Zakaria Bakkali, Manchester City and AC Milan have now joined the sides wanting to sign the winger, reports Corriello Dello Sport.

Bakkali is still just 17-years-old but has been making a big name for himself in the Eredivisie and became the youngest ever scorer of a hat-trick in the league’s history this term.
The Belgian starlet has only just been promoted from PSV’s youth academy having impressed last year with four goals in 16 appearances, but Bakkali has already equaled that total having also netted in the Champions League qualifiers this summer.
The Dutch club will of course be anxious to hold onto their wonderkid, but with PSV not having the financial clout of City, Milan or the Gunners, the side would be tempted by a big enough offer.
Bakkali has enjoyed a rapid rise to stardom, having played at every international level up to the senior team for Belgium, earning 23 caps altogether and scoring 17 goals.
The young star has an impressive game to goal ratio for a player not considered to be an out-and-out striker, although the Belgian can play up-front and on the left flank as well as his favoured position of right wing.
Fans at the Emirates Stadium are growing impatient with manager Arsene Wenger for the Frenchman’s lack of spending in the transfer market this summer, with 20-year-old forward Yaya Sanogo the only new acquisition to date.
The purchase of Bakkali would hardly be a marquee signing, but would go some way to showing the Arsenal faithful that Wenger still has ambition for the club.
City meanwhile have already spent big in the run-up to the new season and would probably loan the winger straight back out if they win the race for the PSV man’s signature.
